MD Practice Partner is a national independent consulting firm whose sole mission is to help develop and grow private medical practices. Kathleen Adams

President and Founder

Kathleen Adams founded MD Practice Partner in 2004. Today, as President, she continues to directly engage in shaping the strategic vision for the firm leading its growth, serving clients and maintaining a hands-on approach to daily operations.


An industry thought leader and change agent for more than 25 years, Kathleen has led practices in a variety of healthcare specialties including cardiology, gastroenterology, and neurosurgery. For the past 13 years, she has worked almost exclusively with dermatology and plastic surgery practices, launching start-up locations and providing support and direction as practices grow. Her ability to connect with both staff and leadership offers a unique opportunity during stressful times of change management during phases of growth or following merger and acquisitions.
